“Ti racconto la mia storia” is the tasting menu designed to make you fall in love with our concept of pizza.

Sit down, take a bite, breathe in the aromas, and journey with us through Cirasella’s four types of dough and various toppings.

Recommended for 4 people

For each type of dough, a pizza divided into four portions is served. We recommend pairing with fresh and seasonal products. Alternatively, you can choose from the menu.

Order of tasting:

  • La nostra contemporanea [Our Contemporary] (wheat germ flour, 24/48-hour fermentation)

  • Ritorno al passato [Return to the Past] (only 160g of pizza, wheat germ flour, 12/24-hour fermentation)

  • Padellino [Pan Pizza] (with cereal or turmeric flour, cooked in a low-temperature aluminum pan, 24-hour fermentation)

  • Scrocchiarella [Crispy Pizza] (Venere rice, type 0 soft wheat flour, 24/48-hour fermentation with 85% hydration)
